1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering FunWorld Park and using our facilities, attractions, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the visitor) and FunWorld Park. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enter the park or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at park entrances.
2. Park Admission and Entry
Admission to FunWorld Park is subject to availability and capacity limitations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the park without refund if they fail to comply with our rules, behave in a manner that may endanger themselves or others, or disrupt other guests' enjoyment. All visitors must obtain valid admission before entering the park. Tickets are non-transferable and void if altered or duplicated. Special admission requirements may apply during peak seasons, special events, or maintenance periods.
3. Safety Rules and Regulations
Your safety is our top priority. All visitors must comply with posted safety instructions, height requirements, age restrictions, and health warnings for each attraction. Failure to follow ride operator instructions or safety guidelines may result in immediate removal from the attraction or park. Visitors with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or recent surgery, should consult with their physician before participating in any attractions. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or posted warnings.
4. Visitor Conduct and Behavior
All visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner while at FunWorld Park. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: use of offensive language, harassment of other guests or staff, destruction of park property, smoking in non-designated areas, bringing outside food or beverages (except for dietary restrictions), carrying weapons or dangerous items, and engaging in any illegal activities. Visitors must dress appropriately and wear shirts and footwear at all times except in designated water areas. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior.
5. Attraction Usage and Restrictions
Access to attractions is subject to operational status, weather conditions, and capacity limitations. Height, weight, age, and health restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions for safety reasons. These restrictions are strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Ride operators have final authority to determine whether a guest may safely participate in an attraction. Queue jumping, line saving, and similar behaviors are prohibited. Wait times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to close any attraction at any time for maintenance, safety inspections, or other operational reasons without notice or compensation.
6. Personal Property and Liability
FunWorld Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Visitors bring personal belongings at their own risk. Loose articles must be secured before boarding attractions, and we provide secure storage areas where available. Articles falling from attractions cannot be retrieved until the ride is stopped for operational reasons. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle. Security lockers are available for rent throughout the park. Any property left in the park at closing will be turned in to our lost and found department.
7. Photography and Recording
By entering FunWorld Park, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by our staff, security cameras, or other guests. These images may be used for security purposes, promotional materials, or other business purposes without compensation. Professional photography equipment, selfie sticks, and similar devices may be restricted on certain attractions for safety reasons. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from park management. We respect your privacy and will handle any recorded materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Food, Beverages, and Outside Items
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted in the park, with exceptions made for guests with special dietary needs, infant formula, and small snacks. All bags and containers are subject to inspection at park entrances. Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, glass containers, and coolers larger than specified dimensions are strictly prohibited. FunWorld Park offers a variety of dining options throughout the facility. Special accommodations can be made for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions when advance notice is provided.
9. Children and Supervision
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times while in the park. Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of children in their care. Children must meet height and age requirements to ride certain attractions, even when accompanied by an adult. Lost children should be reported immediately to the nearest park staff member or guest services location. Parents or guardians are liable for any damage caused by children under their supervision.
10. Accessibility Services
FunWorld Park is committed to providing accessible services to guests with disabilities in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations. We offer assistance and accommodations to ensure all guests can enjoy our park. Guests requiring special assistance should contact our accessibility services team in advance or visit our guest services desk upon arrival. Service animals are welcome throughout the park, though they may not be permitted on certain attractions for safety reasons. Wheelchair and mobility device rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Weather and Park Closures
FunWorld Park operates rain or shine, though certain outdoor attractions may close temporarily during severe weather conditions for guest safety. The park reserves the right to close early or remain closed due to weather emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, admission fees are generally non-refundable, though we may offer rain checks or alternative arrangements at our discretion. 12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunWorld Park, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your visit to the park or use of our attractions and services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. By entering the park, you assume all risks associated with participation in park activities and agree to release FunWorld Park from liability for injuries or damages resulting from your own negligence or failure to follow instructions.

We encourage guests to first contact our guest services team to resolve any concerns or complaints. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
